Lingo Staffing is hiring an experienced MIG & TIG Welder for a leading manufacturing partner in the Roanoke area!

Fit and weld non-pressurized structural weldments according to blueprints, weld symbols, and project specifications
Perform MIG, TIG, and Flux Core Arc welding on stainless steel and mild steel materials
Operate plasma cutters, torches, grinders, and other fabrication tools for material preparation
Inspect completed welds and assemblies to ensure quality, structural integrity, and conformance to specifications
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while meeting production standards
Requirements:
12 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Ability to read blueprints and interpret basic weld symbols
Experience welding stainless steel and mild steel preferred
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Ability to stand and/or walk for the entirety of the shift
Must be able to pass a hands-on welding test during the client interview process
