Location: Tulsa, OK
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience

MIG / Flux Core Welder Must-Have Requirements
- Experience with MIG, Flux Core, and Metal Core welding
- Ability to pass a plate weld test
- Ability to read and follow blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
MIG / Flux Core Welder Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced MIG / Flux Core Welder to join an established industrial manufacturing team. This position will perform MIG, Flux Core, and Metal Core welding on precision-manufactured components and equipment. The ideal candidate takes pride in producing clean, quality welds and can consistently meet production and quality standards.
MIG / Flux Core Welder Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, Flux Core, and Metal Core welding on a variety of manufactured components
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding specifications
- Complete a plate weld test to demonstrate welding ability
- Inspect welds for quality, appearance, and proper penetration
- Follow established welding procedures and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with the manufacturing team to meet production schedules and quality goals
- Identify and communicate quality or equipment concerns to supervision
- Perform additional welding and production duties as assigned
MIG / Flux Core Welder Additional Qualifications
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing welding preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining production standards
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn new welding processes and manufacturing procedures
