What you'll be responsible for

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Performing MIG, stick, and other welding processes as required.
• Fitting, tacking, welding, and assembling steel components.
• Operating welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment.
• Inspecting completed welds for quality and specification compliance.
• Using forklifts and material-handling equipment when authorized.
• Keeping the work area clean and safe; following all safety policies and procedures.
• Assisting with fabrication and production tasks as needed.
