What you'll be responsible for
Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Performing MIG, stick, and other welding processes as required.
Fitting, tacking, welding, and assembling steel components.
Operating welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication equipment.
Inspecting completed welds for quality and specification compliance.
Using forklifts and material-handling equipment when authorized.
Keeping the work area clean and safe; following all safety policies and procedures.
Assisting with fabrication and production tasks as needed.
