We are seeking a skilled MIG/TIG Welder to join our team in Rochester, NY.
The ideal candidate will have experience in welding and fabricating metal components with precision and efficiency. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
THREE YEARS MANUAL SHEET WELDING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Shift Hours: 1st shift - 6:00 AM to 2:30PM - Monday - Friday
2nd Shift-2:30PM-1;00am, Monday-Thursday

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding diagrams.
- Prepare and position materials for welding processes.
- Conduct quality checks on completed welds to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Maintain and clean welding equipment and tools regularly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure quality.
- Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding techniques.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of metal properties and welding materials.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
- Welding certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience with various types of metals and welding processes.
