Responsibilities
- Perform MIG or TIG welding setups for production runs.
- Execute vehicle and fleet welding repairs and modifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.
- Assist in training new welders as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a MIG/TIG welder.
- Strong knowledge of welding setups for production.
- Experience with vehicle and fleet welding.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
