We re looking for dependable Welder/Fabricators to join a hands on manufacturing team in Neosho. This role is perfect for candidates who want to grow their welding skills, work in a production environment, and be part of a team that values quality and safety. What You ll Do

• 
  Perform welding and fabrication tasks as assigned
  
• 
  Work from drawings, instructions, or supervisor direction
  
• 
  Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
  
• 
  Maintain a clean and organized work area
  
• 
  Support team members to meet production goals
  

What You Need

• 
  TIG welding experience preferred (but fabrication only experience is accepted)
  
• 
  Ability to read basic drawings or follow work instructions
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• 
  Ability to work in a production environment
  
• 
  Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
