What You'll Be Doing
- Perform MIG, TIG, spot, and arc welding on tools, dies, fixtures, robotics, and fabricated metal components.
- Fabricate, repair, grind, cut, and finish metal parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld drawings, and specifications.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with process improvements and troubleshooting.
- Train and support team members on welding equipment and maintenance.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current Welding Certification
- 1-3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
- Ability to obtain Hi-Lo and crane certifications
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to work overtime when needed
- Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Perform bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements in a manufacturing environment
