Join Our Team as a MIG Welder!
We are seeking dependable and motivated MIG Welders/Fabricators to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have welding experience, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding and fabrication according to work instructions and quality standards
Operate Miller welding equipment safely and effectively
Inspect parts and verify proper assembly before welding
Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality workmanship
Support continuous improvement initiatives and team objectives
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
Assist with additional duties and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
Flexible and adaptable to changing production needs
Knowledge of weld shop processes is a plus
Physical Requirements
Stand for extended periods during shifts
Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
Work in hot and cold manufacturing environments
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
