MIG Welder 1st Shift

Position: 1st Shift MIG Welder

We're seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong blueprint reading and fitting skills who takes pride in producing high-quality welds on a variety of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately interpret and work from blueprints ( strong fitter skills required)

• MIG mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel

• Follow welding symbols and processes accurately

• Operate a forklift to move materials as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation and work collaboratively with supervisors and team members

• Safely lift up to 40 lbs without assistance

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' recent welding experience

• Proficiency in MIG welding

• Certificate courses in MIG welding from a recognized institute preferred

• Strong knowledge of welding symbols and industry standards

• Excellent punctuality and attendance record

Shift & Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00am–4:30pm (10-hour shift) or 6:00am–2:30pm (8-hour shift)

• Saturday: As needed

Compensation:

• $19.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience

• Candidates must successfully complete an on-site weld test
