Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Welder for a growing manufacturing company in Spartanburg County, South Carolina! This is a 1st shift Monday to Friday, contract to hire position, with a starting pay at $22.50 per hour, and comprehensive benefits available through the employer at time of hire.

Welder Job Responsibilities:- Perform accurate and efficient welding of parts and products according to blueprints and specifications
- Utilize fixtures and follow established welding procedures for each specific product
- Maintain consistent quality standards while meeting production goals
- Inspect finished welds to ensure proper speed, accuracy, and workmanship
- Maintain organized work area and adhere to all safety procedures
- Prepare workstation at start of shift and complete proper shutdown procedures
- Report equipment issues or process improvements to supervisor
Welder Requirements and Qualifications:- Welding Certification required
- 3+ years of professional welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to pass a weld test as part of the hiring process
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance
