MIG Welder - 1st Shift

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Welder for a growing manufacturing company in Spartanburg County, South Carolina! This is a 1st shift Monday to Friday, contract to hire position, with a starting pay at $22.50 per hour, and comprehensive benefits available through the employer at time of hire.

• Perform accurate and efficient welding of parts and products according to blueprints and specifications
• Utilize fixtures and follow established welding procedures for each specific product
• Maintain consistent quality standards while meeting production goals
• Inspect finished welds to ensure proper speed, accuracy, and workmanship
• Maintain organized work area and adhere to all safety procedures
• Prepare workstation at start of shift and complete proper shutdown procedures
• Report equipment issues or process improvements to supervisor

• Welding Certification required
• 3+ years of professional welding experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Ability to pass a weld test as part of the hiring process
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Commitment to workplace safety and PPE compliance
