Current schedule (due to production needs): 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with approximately 4–5 hours on Saturdays
Responsibilities:
Weld to required specifications and quality standards
Process and complete work orders with limited supervision
Inspect welds for accuracy and structural integrity
Perform routine maintenance and basic equipment troubleshooting
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Understanding of MIG welding principles
Ability to produce welds that comply with ANSI/AWS standards
Basic computer navigation skills
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Must wear Steel Toes
Experience:
D1.1 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
At least 6 months of welding or related experience
