We are seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator (Electric Arc) to build steel weldments for industrial separation equipment. The role involves manual and semi-automatic welding (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW) on ferrous metals, interpreting blueprints, and performing precise measurements. You will assemble structural components, ensure weld quality through inspections, and perform routine maintenance on welding equipment. The position requires 3+ years of welding experience, certification, and proficiency in reading fabrication drawings. Initially training on first shift (6a-2:30p) for 3-4 months, then transitioning to second shift (3:30pm-2am, Mon-Thu), with overtime as needed. The team emphasizes safety, quality, communication, and collaboration in a supportive shop environment.
