The role requires standing for long hours, manual lifting up to 40lbs, and working in a smoke-free, non-temperature-controlled setting. No degree is required, and experience as an experienced welder is preferred. Compensation is $18-$20 per hour, with a first shift from 6 AM to 4 PM.
