Compensation: $28.57 per hour, plus a $1.75 per hour premium for 2nd shift
Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday – Thursday | 4:00pm- 2:30am

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring MIG Welders for a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll apply your welding skills to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment. What You’ll Do as a MIG Welder:- Effectively and safely complete daily activities in the weld shop
- Perform work allocated to production standards
- Work from process sheets and blueprints
- Work within close tolerance and maintain high-quality welds
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve weld issues
What You Need to Bring to the MIG Welder Role:- Must have a welding diploma or 2+ years of MIG welding experience
- Must have knowledge of wire-feed/MIG welding procedure
- Must have blueprint reading experience
- Must have experience using power tools in a manufacturing setting
- Must have ability to train on 1st shift for up to the first 3 months
- Ability to work under minimum supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team
