This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $27–$32/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements:
Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in various positions for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
