## Responsibilities

• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.

• Proven experience as a MIG welder, with a strong understanding of welding techniques and processes.
