MIG Welder

TMD Staffing is currently hiring a MIG Welder for a position in the East Houston area!

Responsibilities

• Assemble and weld metal components together.

• Repair damaged metal components using welding equipment and heavy machinery.

• Review blueprints and follow specifications to complete welding projects.

• Cut metal to the appropriate size and shape.

• Smooth and finish welded areas to remove imperfections.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous basic welding experience required.

• Must pass a weld test. 

• MIG welding experience and knowledge required.

• Experience welding galvanized metal is a plus.

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:15 PM–8:45 PM
