Position OverviewWe are seeking for an experienced MIG Welders to join our production team. This position is responsible for welding fabricated steel components for assembly while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, use measuring tools, and work independently with minimal supervision. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on fabricated steel parts
Read and interpret blueprints and material prints
Verify measurements and dimensions of parts
Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process
Maintain production goals and work efficiently
Operate overhead crane for material handling when needed
Perform grinding and finishing work as required
Follow all company safety, quality, and workplace policies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Participate in weekly safety and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
Previous MIG welding experience required
Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32"
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience in a steel fabrication or production welding environment preferred
Aluminum welding experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
