We are growing and there has never been a more exciting time to join us! We are currently recruiting for Welders of all levels of experience for our Northwest Service Center located in Kent, Washington.

What would you do as our MIG Welder?

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding, seaming, and grinding steel doors and frames.

You would also:

• Read manufacturing drawings.
• Operate MIG welders; grinders; buffers; shears; OBI punches, saws
• Grind and or sand/buff doors and /or frames to prepare them for paint
• Apply and finish body filler compound
• Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating or warping of the metal
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

The Skills and Experience you need:

• 2+ years of recent MIG welding experience
• Ability to read manufacturing or shop drawings and a tape measure
• Previous working knowledge or desire to learn hand tools and hardware
• Strong attention to detail to produce high-quality welds
• Ability to stand regularly and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $23.80 - $25.87 per hour/Depending on Experience
