We are seeking experienced MIG Welders for a high-volume production environment in Monroe, NC, working Monday-Friday on the 1st shift.

  • Perform production MIG welding on carbon steel components following standard procedures
  • Read blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions accurately
  • Maintain strict quality standards with minimal rework
  • Consistently produce quality welds meeting dimensional, structural, and visual criteria
  • Safely lift and position materials weighing 50 lbs or more
  • Keep a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols
  • Complete a hands-on weld test as part of the interview process

  • Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience or certification, ability to read blueprints, basic math skills, and stability in previous roles. Must own a weld hood and be willing to perform weld testing.

    Schedule: Monday-Friday with possible overtime.

    Candidates will be evaluated on weld test results, math skills, and ability to perform in a fast-paced setting.
