Schedule: 6am-2:30pm w/OT as needed

What Youll Do- Complete rack builds from start to finish
- Interpret blueprints and specifications
- Inspect welds for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot machinery and rack-related issues
- Lead and mentor junior welders
