We are seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder with hands-on experience in trailer manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and welding metal components based on specifications, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG welding on trailer frames and components using jigs and fixturesRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbolsMeasure and cut metal materials with precision toolsInspect finished welds to ensure structural quality and complianceOperate hand and power tools relevant to metal fabricationFollow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE at all timesMaintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate effectively with team leads and production supervisorsRequirements:2+ years of MIG welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing or trailer production settingMust be able to pass a welding testProficient in reading tape measures, blueprints, and technical drawingsComfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environmentMust be dependable, punctual, and team-orientedAbility to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periodsWork Environment & Schedule:Indoor/outdoor industrial environmentExposure to heat, sparks, and moderate noiseDay and Night shift opportunities availableOvertime may be required based on production demandCompensation & Benefits:Weekly payOpportunity for full-time hireEligible for benefits upon conversionCareer advancement potential
