to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong MIG welding experience, blueprint reading abilities, and the capability to weld and assemble production components with minimal supervision.

Position Summary:
The Welder II will perform MIG welding and assembly work on production and rebuild components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to read prints, weld to specifications, maintain quality standards, and safely operate within an industrial setting.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on sub-assemblies and finished products
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld prints, and production instructions
- Weld components in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
- Assist with fitting, assembly, and fabrication of production parts
- Perform quality inspections and verify weld accuracy
- Clean and prepare units for next production operation
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization
- Follow OSHA safety procedures and all company quality standards
- Utilize forklifts, cranes, lifts, and metalworking equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate production and inspection documentation
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of welding experience preferred
- MIG welding experience required
- Ability to read blueprints and weld to print
- Strong understanding of welding safety and quality standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Welding certification preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy equipment environments
- Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, or lifts
- Mechanical assembly or fabrication experience is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
