Location: Riverside, CA

Pay Rate: $19.88 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Shift: 5 AM -1:30 PM | Overtime as needed

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in MIG welding; familiarity with Flux Core and Submerged Arc preferred
• Ability to lift 20 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
• Able to read and understand blueprints
• Team-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties:

• Perform MIG, Flux Core, and Submerged Arc welding on carbon and stainless steel.
• Weld in flat, overhead, vertical, and corner positions.
• Select and use proper weld wire, gas, flux, and cutting methods (plasma, oxy-fuel).
• Interpret and follow moderately complex blueprints and drawings for fabrication.
• Use hand and power tools, including grinders, hammers, plate rolls, punch presses, and wrenches.
• Create simple jigs or fixtures as needed.
• Lay out own work and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform additional production support duties as assigned.
