Job Title: MIG Welder / Robotic Welder (2nst Shift)
Location: High Point, NC
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:30pm-2:30am
Pay: $20–$28 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced MIG Welder / Robotic Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on various metal components
- Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous MIG welding experience required
- Experience with robotic welding systems preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and punctual with a solid work ethic
