Job Duties & Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to complete welding projects accurately.
Prepare metal materials by cleaning, degreasing, and positioning components for welding.
Perform MIG welding and related fabrication tasks to assemble and repair metal parts.
Inspect completed welds for quality, maintain equipment, and follow all workplace safety procedures.
Required Skills & Experience
Welding education or vocational training required.
Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to understand technical instructions and follow specifications.
Eagerness to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Previous hands-on welding or fabrication experience.
Familiarity with MIG, TIG, or flux-core welding techniques.
Pay Rate: $20+/hour
