MIG Welder

We're looking for a 1^st Shift dependable MIG Welder in Vienna, OH who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to grow with a stable, fast-paced manufacturing team.

Job Requirements:

• Perform MIG welding and fabrication work according to blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment while following all safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment and production issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

$20–$25 per hour
6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Overtime Available)

Upon Hire:
401k with 3% company match, Medical vision, and dental – 70% of premium paid by employer, Quarterly merit raises and bonuses.
