Job Description
Hire Dynamics is currently seeking experienced MIG Welders for a weekend shift opportunity with a leading manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for candidates with strong welding skills who are looking to maximize their work week while enjoying additional days off.
Schedule
- Friday - Sunday
- 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Overtime may be available based on production needs
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on manufactured metal components according to specifications and blueprints
- Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
- Set up welding equipment and ensure proper machine settings
- Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards
- Use grinders, hand tools, and measuring devices as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Meet daily production and quality goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience
- Welding certifications are a plus but not required
- Experience working with steel and other metal materials
