Full-time Milieu Supervisor position available on 1st shift at a new Youth Psychiatric Residential Treatment facility opening in Eugene, Oregon.
Offering a day schedule from 7:00am-5:30pm, Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday, with a salary range of $65,000-$68,000 annually.
Responsibilities include providing trauma-informed leadership, developing treatment procedures, participating in treatment planning, ensuring a safe environment for youth, and supervising staff through coaching and scheduling.
Requirements: High school diploma, minimum 2 years related experience, 1 year supervisory experience, valid driver’s license, and successful completion of crisis intervention training. Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree and experience with youth and families.
