Boise State University's Division of Extended Studies is seeking a Military Programs Manager to lead recruitment, enrollment support, and site operations for active duty military students, with a primary on-site presence at Mountain Home Air Force Base. Extended Studies' mission is to extend education beyond traditional boundaries, and this role helps advance that mission by strengthening access, support, and coordinated pathways for military-affiliated students. The Military Programs Manager will serve as a key relationship-builder between Boise State, military education partners, base leadership, and campus teams. This position will provide leadership and oversight for military student recruitment, Tuition Assistance and TA Promise processes, military education systems, and the on-site coordinator responsible for day-to-day logistics and National Testing Center operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment, operational follow-through, and a commitment to improving the military student experience through sustainable systems, clear communication, and student-centered service.
