Military Vehicle Electrical Integration Technician

Your day-to-day
Step onto the build floor and turn engineering intent into a functioning prototype. In this role, you’ll translate schematics into precise wire harnesses, route and secure looms across a vehicle platform, and bring high-voltage and low-voltage systems online. You’ll team with engineers and fellow technicians to integrate electrical and electronic subsystems, verify continuity, and validate performance under real-world conditions.
- Fabricate, install, modify, and repair electrical wiring and harness assemblies.
- Perform precision soldering, crimping, and connector assembly.
- Integrate electrical/electronic systems into prototype military vehicles.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Troubleshoot and test electrical systems to isolate and resolve faults.
- Work with military-grade connectors (e.g., D38999, Deutsch, and related series).
- Assist with high-voltage system installation, checkout, and diagnostics.
Schedule & pay
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Overtime available
- Pay: $25-30 based on experience

What you bring
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Hands-on experience with electrical harness fabrication and repair.
- Strong soldering and crimping capabilities.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Proficiency with electrical assembly tools and test equipment.
- High-voltage electrical system experience preferred.
Bonus points
- Background in military vehicle assembly or modification.
- IPC or related electronics certifications.
- Experience with generators, motors, and vehicle electrical systems.
- Forklift, crane, or rigging certifications.
- Experience operating military vehicles.
