What Youll Do
- Assist operators with loading coils and machine setup
- Cut, stack, and band materials for production
- Move finished products and maintain workflow
- Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools
- Follow all safety and production procedures
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure (calipers/micrometers a plus)
- Comfortable with physical work (up to 100 lbs)
- Reliable and open to rotating shifts/overtime
