What You'll Do As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Pulling, sorting, and stacking lumber from the chain (up to 26 ft boards)
Visually inspecting lumber for defects to meet quality standards
Maintaining a steady production pace to optimize workflow
Assisting with various general mill labor tasks as needed
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Previous experience working in a heavy labor role
Strong ability to work in varying weather conditions
Capability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs consistently and stand for long periods
Reliable transportation to commute to work
