Hours: Monday – Thursday (With Every Other Friday), 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

As a Mill Laborer, you'll support the production process by handling materials, monitoring equipment, and ensuring safety standards are met. You'll work directly within a dynamic sawmill environment, helping to maintain efficient workflow and quality control.

What You'll Do
As a Mill Laborer, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring conveyor lines to ensure boards do not cross over each other and maintaining smooth operation by babysitting the line.
• Uncrossing and repositioning boards to keep production flowing safely.
• Moving sticks from baskets to designated locations to facilitate ongoing operations.
• Identifying broken or damaged wood during edger picking and separating it from usable materials.
• Supporting overall mill operations as needed to uphold productivity and safety standards.

Location & Schedule
This is an on-site, temp-to-hire position located in Roseburg, OR 97470. The schedule is Monday – Thursday (With Every Other Friday) from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with additional overtime as needed to support production.
