As a Mill Production team member, you'll play a key role in supporting daily mill operations. You'll work closely with experienced crews to ensure the production process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
What Youll Do
As an integral member of the production team, you will:
Assist in the operation of mill equipment and production lines.
Sort, stack, and move materials throughout the facility.
Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
What Youll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs regularly.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
Full leather over-the-ankle work boots (mandatory).
Flexibility to work swing or graveyard shifts as needed.
Strong reliability, work ethic, and a team-player attitude.
Experience in general labor is a plus but not mandatory.
