Pay: $23.53 - $24.53 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 5:00AM - 1:30PM and 4:30PM - 1:00AM

As a Mill Worker, you'll keep the production line moving by supporting key wood-processing tasks. You'll work closely with supervisors and your team to deliver results that make a difference in safety, quality, and efficiency.
What You'll Do
As a mill worker, you will be responsible for:
- Working in the glue-lam department and applying adhesives to lumber according to production specifications
- Laying up lumber in the correct pattern before its pressed into beams
- Loading and unloading presses where glued lumber is bonded together
- Inspecting finished products for defects, dimensions, and quality
- Moving materials around the plant and operating wood processing machines as assigned (including cutting, gluing, shaping, or finishing)

- Proven attendance, reliability, flexibility, and coachability
- Physical strength and stamina to bend, kneel, push, pull, and work full shifts
- Manufacturing/production experience preferred (wood manufacturing experience is a plus)
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety policies

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Eugene and offers Monday through Friday day and swing shift openings with overtime as needed.
