Open Positions General Laborer / Install Crew Member (No Experience Required)
- Assist with irrigation system installation
- Dig trenches, lay pipe, and support crew
- Work outdoors with a hands-on team
- Learn a skilled trade with paid training
Apprentice Service Technician (Entry-Level Skilled Trade)
- Train under experienced irrigation technicians
- Learn installation, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Develop technical and customer service skills

Junior Irrigation Service Technician (Some Experience Required)
- Perform maintenance and basic repairs on sprinkler systems
- Diagnose issues and complete service calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- 1–2 years of experience preferred
Senior Irrigation Service Technician (Experience Required)
- Handle advanced diagnostics and system repairs
- Lead service calls and mentor team members
- Ensure top-quality workmanship and efficiency
- 3+ years of experience preferred
Requirements

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
