**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Millwork Carpenters** for projects located in the **South Bend, IN area** . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$25/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Millwork Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Assemble custom cabinets, casework, and architectural millwork according to shop drawings and specifications + Install hardware, drawer slides, hinges, moldings, and trim components + Perform finish carpentry tasks including fitting, trimming, sanding, and final detailing of completed products + Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders + Inspect materials and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met + Operate and maintain woodworking tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment **Requirements** + Experience in cabinet assembly, millwork, and finish/trim carpentry + Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and shop practices + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications + Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
