What You Will Do
Surface Preparation: Expertly prep wood surfaces, including sanding, filling, and smoothing, to ensure a flawless canvas for finishing.
Custom Finishing: Apply high-quality stains, lacquers, glazes, paints, and clear coats to custom millwork, cabinetry, and architectural trim.

What You Need (Requirements)
Experience: Roughly 10+ years of dedicated, professional experience in millwork finishing, cabinet finishing, or high-end furniture restoration.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of various wood species and how they react to different finishing products and techniques.
Equipment Proficiency: Highly skilled in operating and maintaining professional-grade HVLP spray systems and traditional hand-finishing tools.
