Cook and prepare Chinese style dishes, dinners, sauces, soups, and appetizers from the menu, using Chinese wok and meat and vegetable cutter. Prepare meats, soups, sauces, vegetables and other foods prior to cooking. Season and cook food according to the prescribed method. Portion and garnish food. 2 years' experience of cooking Chinese style food required.
