Position Overview:
A Millwork Technician plays a key role in production by preparing materials, operating the moulder, and ensuring high-quality finished products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read work orders and prepare materials
- Select and pull lumber for jobs
- Operate and maintain the moulder
- Sharpen knives and adjust machine settings
- Inspect materials for quality
- Track finished products
Qualifications:
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic woodworking knowledge (training provided)
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with woodworking equipment preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow
