We are seeking Millwright Helpers to join our team in a fast‑paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for individuals who want to grow their mechanical skills and support experienced millwrights on a variety of projects.
Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Assist millwrights with installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery
- Perform basic mechanical tasks using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Support equipment moves, alignments, and general labor
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in an industrial setting (heat, noise, physical labor)
- Must have PPE: steel‑toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and any additional site‑required PPE
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong safety‑minded attitude
