The company has thrived as a family business through four generations and has grown to be a market leader and best in class innovator.Position SummaryOur Millwright I assists in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and equipment to support efficient operations and minimize downtime. This role works both independently and as part of a team to perform minor electrical and mechanical repairs, diagnose and resolve equipment issues, install and dismantle machinery using blueprints and schematics, and document procedures for new jobs or rebuilds. The position also collaborates with engineering, operations support, and product development teams, maintains tools and a clean work environment, and supports safety, culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.Schedule

Sunday- Thursday7:30pm- 5:00am

Responsibilities

Work both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned tasksPerform minor electrical and mechanical repairs and perform diagnosis and bring resolution to issues on production equipmentInteract with engineering, operations support and product development to troubleshoot and ensure machinery and equipment are working properlyDevelop and document procedures on new jobs or rebuilds for filing in permanent recordInstall machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and etc.Support the development of safety, culture, and best practice initiatives within the department or companyMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environmentDismantle equipment using hand power tools

Qualifications

Valid chauffeur's licenseHigh school diploma or GEDPhysical ability to lift up to 75 lbsGood communication and teamwork skills1+ years of machine repair or industrial maintenance experienceBasic knowledge of: Hydraulics, pneumatics, Mechanical systems and componentsAbility to read and interpret basic blueprints and schematicsUse hand tools, power tools, and measuring devicesPerform basic welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, ARC)Strong attention to detail and willingness to learnWork at heights and in outdoor/industrial environments
