    Description

    Location: In-person


    Job Type: Full-time


    Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000/year (DOE)


    Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Install, assemble, and dismantle machinery and heavy equipment per schematics and engineering specs
    • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems including motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics
    • Align and calibrate machines for peak efficiency
    • Operate hoists, cranes, and other rigging tools to position and secure equipment
    • Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals
    • Perform welding and light fabrication when needed
    • Keep clear records of maintenance and repairs
    • Collaborate with electricians, engineers, and fellow tradespeople
    • Prioritize safety and follow all site and equipment regulations


    What You Bring to the Table:

    • 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or as a millwright
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Millwright certification/apprenticeship strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and operating industrial equipment
    • Solid background in hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and machining
    • Ability to work at heights, in tight spaces, and in physically demanding settings
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and a team-first attitude
    • Able to lift heavy components and work extended shifts on your feet


    Nice-to-Haves (Preferred but Not Required):

    • Red Seal Millwright Certification
    • Forklift, crane, or aerial lift certification
    • Welding certification
    • First Aid and Safety certifications
