What your future day will look like:
  • Lead and oversee mechanical crews (including supervisors) to ensure safe, high-quality work
  • Coordinate daily operations to keep projects on time and on budget
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and project teams
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
  • Review timesheets and track workforce productivity
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and conveyor systems
  • Perform precision alignments on motors, gearboxes, and rollers
  • Read and execute work from blueprints and technical drawings
  • Operate and oversee heavy equipment including cranes and lifts
  • Promote safety, enforce regulations, and maintain a strong team environment

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • 4+ years of millwright supervisory experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on millwright experience
  • OSHA 30 certification (required); NCCER preferred
  • Strong skills in machinery installation, alignment, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with heavy equipment operation and rigging
  • Welding and fabrication abilities
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with large-scale or automated systems (AutoStore/EV battery a plus)
  • Must be able to do heavy travel (up to 100%)
