What awaits you:



+ Adhere to IATF16949 work instructions

+ Adhere to ISO14001 work instructions and training

+ Read and follow all job related work instructions.

+ Observe & follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employees

+ Daily inspections of plant and machinery specifically bearings, gear reducers, belts, couplings, and alignment and repair of same including completion of daily check list

+ Rebuild equipment as needed

+ Maintain shot blasts and associated equipment (Dust Collectors etc.)

+ Make necessary building repairs

+ Install new equipment as needed

+ Fabricate from wood or steel any new or replacement equipment from design drawings or instruction

+ Ability to weld and do layout work as well as torch cutting

+ Provide own tools (personal hand tools)

+ Repair yard cranes (except electrical)

+ Must have ability to complete rigging tasks

+ Must have basic computer skills for work order entry and completion

+ Must be able to obtain a forklift and/or man-lift licenses from CWC safety department



Qualifications







What you will need to succeed:



+ High School Diploma or equivalent



+ Candidate must have at a minimum a Journeyman Card or 6 years of practical Maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
