Job Summary The Mine Electrician is responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of high voltage (HV) electrical systems that support reliable operations at the Curlew mine. This role ensures the integrity and availability of critical power distribution infrastructure-including transformers, substations, switchgear, and overhead/underground distribution systems, and 480v and 120v systems on the underground mobile fleet. The position plays a key role in system reliability, operational continuity, and the safe execution of electrical work, in alignment with Kinross values, policies, and all MSHA and regulatory requirements.
