Minneapolis - Branch Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient execution of freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and logistics services across all modes of transportation.
• Own the branch's P&L, driving revenue growth, controlling operating costs, and delivering against budgeted financial targets.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage branch staff across sales, operations, and customer service, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, carriers, and vendors to protect and grow the branch's customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts to expand market share within the branch's territory.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including customs, TSA, and other applicable local and federal regulations.
• Monitor branch performance metrics and operational KPIs, implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to align branch strategy with overall company objectives.
