OVERVIEW

JOB TITLE: Minneapolis Campus Store Student WorkerLOCATION: Minneapolis Campus - University of St. ThomasPAY RATE: 16.50

HOURS: Flexible scheduling available within store operating hours. Applicants should be available to work during weekday business hours.

The Minneapolis Campus Store at University of St. Thomas is hiring 2-3 student workers to join our team. We are looking for dependable, friendly individuals with strong customer service skills who enjoy working in a team-oriented retail environment.

Store Hours

Monday-Friday10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Position Responsibilities

Student workers will assist with daily store operations, including:

  • Opening the store and cash registers
  • Ringing up customer purchases
  • Assisting customers in finding products
  • Keeping the store neat, organized, and tidy
  • Sizing and straightening merchandise displays
  • Assisting with package pickups
  • Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, faculty, and visitors

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Retail or cashier experience is helpful but not required
  • Must be a currently registered St. Thomas student

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
