POSITION PURPOSE:
- Directs all trucks regarding receiving and shipping of FP, LP inventory to the proper area and door for unloading.
- Ensures that all proper procedures are followed during the unloading and loading process.
- Ensures that all paperwork is handed in to the Traffic/Inventory Control for reception in the AS/400
- Responsible for resolving any issues that may arise in the receiving or shipping process and communicating these issues and their resolutions to the Operations Supervisor.
- Responsible for the accurate location of all inventory and reporting all changes to Traffic/Inventory Control.
- Responsible for reporting damaged product to the Operations Supervisor for immediate resolution.
- Assist with Production lines; moving inventory, scrap, packaging material.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Mobility: Standing (Stationary) - 10%, Stand/Walk - 25%, Walking - 20%, Sitting (operating forklift/side loader) - 45%.
- Strength and Agility: Lifting - maximum 50 lbs.
RELATIONSHIPS:
- Reports directly to and is accountable to the Operations Supervisor.
- Works with all Operations and Office Personnel on a day-to-day basis.
